IT Support and Training Analyst
York | Office based with travel between sites
The Opportunity
A blended IT Support and Training Analyst role within a well established professional services environment.
This is a people focused position, combining:
* End user training and system adoption
* First line and selective second line IT support
* Process improvement and change delivery
You will work closely with the Head of IT and department leads to improve system usage, embed best practice and ensure technology supports operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Training and Adoption
* Deliver one to one and group training on core IT systems and Microsoft 365
* Support onboarding and induction for new starters
* Create and maintain user guides, training materials and reference documentation
* Develop super users across departments to drive local ownership
* Monitor system usage and identify proactive training needs
IT Support
* Provide first line support and appropriate second line escalation within a small IT team
* Troubleshoot system and process related issues
* Maintain service levels across a multi site environment
Projects and Change
* Support IT and business change initiatives
* Assist with system rollouts and improvement programmes
* Work with department heads to streamline workflows and promote best practice
About You
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and core IT systems
* Experience delivering user training and supporting system adoption
* Confident communicator, able to adapt style to different stakeholders
* Proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge and improve processes
* Comfortable balancing support tickets, training delivery and project work
* Full driving licence and willing to travel between Yorkshire offices
