Roles and Responsibilities

* Bring texts to life, introducing students to a rich variety of authors, genres, cultures and viewpoints
* Using assessment effectively to monitor progress, identify next steps and adapt teaching accordingly
* Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for every student
* Demonstrate strong classroom management skills following the school’s behaviour policy
* Upholding professional standards and a commitment to ongoing reflection and improvement
