Job Purpose:
To be responsible for the provision of services supporting assigned laboratories and GMP areas within RB Hull R&D site.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Undertake specific training as required by the business.
* Ensure procedures are followed.
* Attend team/client meetings as required.
* Maintain and update training files and SOPs.
* Provide cover in other roles within the team as needed.
* Adhere to GMP and GDP standards at all times.
* Comply with all client policies, procedures, and security.
* Ensure own health and safety and that of others in the vicinity.
* Maintain a professional appearance with high standards of personal hygiene and behavior; wear full uniform.
* Act as a point of contact for client queries and requests.
* Accurately complete daily task trackers for assigned areas/tasks.
* Distribute and remove stability trays from labs.
* Conduct scheduled GMP cleans of stability chambers.
* Collect and dispose of hazardous and non-hazardous waste daily.
* Replenish satellite stores with solvents, chemicals, and consumables timely.
* Highlight non-lab store items for procurement via Quartzy.
* Assist with monthly chemical disposal procedures.
* Check healthcare disposal stores and manage pallets for disposal.
* Clean GMP areas, equipment, and pallets as needed.
* Perform ad hoc work as requested by management.

Working Hours:
37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00, with flexibility required. Overtime and bank holidays may be necessary based on business needs.
