* overseeing complex cases, safeguarding and risk management

* collaborating with partners and shaping future services
You will have:
* a social work degree and leadership experience
* strong knowledge of safeguarding and early help frameworks
* excellent communication and decision-making skills
* a driving licence and access to a vehicle
