Hays Education are seeking a committed and adaptable Qualified Teacher (QTS) to provide day-to-day cover across a range of subjects at secondary schools across West Yorkshire. These are excellent opportunities for a skilled educators' looking for flexible work while making a meaningful contribution to students' learning.
About the Role: As a Temporary Qualified Teacher, you will:
* Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4
* Maintain high standards of teaching and learning in the absence of the regular class teacher
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
* Support students' progress and wellbeing
* Work collaboratively with departmental and support staff
About You: We are looking for a teacher who is:
* Fully qualified (QTS required)
* Confident delivering lessons across a range of subjects (specialism welcome but not essential)
* Flexible, reliable, and able to work at short notice
* Skilled at behaviour management and building rapport with students
* Professional, organised, and committed to safeguarding
