Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and own execution of the affiliate channel plan, aligned to wider performance and trading objectives.
* Manage day-to-day affiliate partner relationships, ensuring strong collaboration and consistent performance.
* Accountable for the management & efficiencies of spend in the Affiliate channels.
* Execute affiliate campaigns, including partner placements, promotional activity, and optimisation of live activity.
* Monitor performance against key metrics, identifying opportunities to improve traffic quality, conversion, and ROI.
* Work closely with internal teams to align affiliate activity with trade plans, promotional calendars, and key moments.
* Identifying and onboarding new affiliate partners and opportunities to drive incremental growth.
* Lead the testing and implementation of new innovations, tools, and partnership models within the affiliate channel.
* Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and attribution of affiliate activity.
* Provide regular performance updates and insights, highlighting risks and opportunities.
* Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications
* 3+ years’ experience within affiliate marketing or a related performance channel.
* Experience working with affiliate networks (Ideally Partnerize or similar).
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
* Good understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing channels.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.Proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop within the role.
