The business now has a renewed focus on standards, guest experience, and repositioning itself back amongst Londons leading hospitality destinations.
The Role
* Lead a A GBP 5 million turnover restaurant and bar operation within a wider A GBP 10 million hospitality business
* Oversee a large and established team of approximately 70 employees
* Drive standards, service, and consistency across a fast:paced, high:volume environment
* Be highly visible on the floor, leading from the front and building strong guest relationships
* Support the ongoing transformation and modernisation of the business
* Work closely with senior leadership and a newly strengthened management team
* Help embed a culture focused around hospitality, accountability, and operational excellence
* Support new initiatives, launches, and ongoing improvements across the site
* Ensure the guest journey feels polished, energetic, and memorable at every touchpoint
* Play a key role in developing and inspiring a long:standing team through the next stage of the business evolution
The Person
* Currently operating at General Manager level within premium hospitality
* Strong background in high:volume London restaurants, brasseries, or lifestyle:led operations
* Standards:driven with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
* Naturally floor:focused and visible : someone who enjoys being present with guests and teams rather than sitting behind spreadsheets
* Commercially aware and financially astute, without being purely numbers:led
* Experienced managing large teams within busy operations
* Comfortable leading change and bringing fresh energy into established businesses
* Strong people leader with personality, presence, and warmth
* Experience within polished, service:led restaurant groups would be highly beneficial
