Chef Manager – Join Our Warm & Welcoming Care Home Kitchen!

Location: Oak Tree Lodge, Leeds
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, across 4 days
Weekends: Every other weekend off
Shift Pattern: 7:30am – 5:30pm

About the Role

As our Chef Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our home—crafting nutritious, beautifully presented meals for our 60 residents every day. This isn’t just cooking; it’s creating experiences that support wellbeing, dignity, and happiness.

You’ll:

1. Design seasonal, exciting menus that meet a range of dietary needs.
2. Lead a talented kitchen team, ensuring smooth, high‑quality service.
3. Bring creativity and flair while delivering balanced, enjoyable meals.
4. Build meaningful relationships with residents who truly appreciate your work.

This role is perfect for someone from a care home, hospitality, or catering environment who wants to step into a leadership position with purpose.
