Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role hybrid based with visits to head office in Bracknell. The Minor Works Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily construction and maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion and compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing teams, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring all work aligns with contractual obligations. The role also involves monitoring project progress and addressing issues as they arise to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
Experience in construction management, site supervision, or a related field
Strong skills in project coordination, planning, and team leadership
Technical understanding of construction processes, including maintenance and refurbishment projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, team members, and stakeholders
Proficiency in safety standards and ability to ensure compliance on-site
Problem-solving skills to address challenges during project execution
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites accross London, the South West and South Wales
