Job Responsibilities
The role will be responsible for customer-facing Unified Network based services such as Unified Communications, Telephony, Mobile Services, and Video Conferencing.
Development of the UC network strategy including network design and roadmap.
Knowledge and Experience
* Day-to-day operational performance of the UC network to meet SLAs and KPIs.
* Implementing changes to the UC network to meet ongoing business demands.
* Experience with Cloud-Based telephony systems such as Ring Central, 8x8.
* Emergency response to critical incidents.
* Thorough knowledge of TCP/IP and related concepts including LAN, WAN, WLAN.
* Experience managing network security.
* Proven technical experience with LAN, internet services, telephone systems, call center services, mobile services, video conferencing, telephony, and hardware/software.
* Experience collaborating with third-party network service providers.
* Delivery and support of unified communications solutions.
* Supporting fixed line and NGN/VGN services.
* Implementing mobile technology hardware and services.
* Design and delivery of video conferencing solutions.
* Experience managing MDM solutions.
* Technical knowledge of customer network systems.
