Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver a high-standard of customer service in a professional environment.
* Manage inbound and outbound telephone calls, emails and chat services ensuring all customers are valued.
* Ensure enquires are managed promptly and in line with the service level agreement.
* Utilise general business guidelines and standards to resolve issues.
* Collaborate with a wider team, including management, to create an efficient workflow.
