We are looking for an ambitious Senior Manager, with experienced gained within Management Consulting, ideally aligned to Commercial and / or Retail Banking.

Management Consultants design and implement business changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on tasks relating to people and processes. We help banks challenge their conventions; capitalize on the full potential of technology, their people and emerging opportunities; and become better at change.
The candidate will be a Senior Manager within Accenture’s Banking practice with a focus on Business and Technology Transformation within banking.
In our team you will learn:

In this role you will showcase:
7. Industry experience in Commercial or Retail Banking – including experience in core banking processes and related technologies, mortgages, payments, cards and related regulatory change.
8. Business and technology expertise across the end-to-end Commercial of Retail credit lifecycle spanning sales, origination, fulfilment, servicing and portfolio management.
In addition, you will:
9. Support Banking Transformation programmes – including strategy development, operating model changes and technology implementations
10. Manage all parts of projects, from client buy-in to planning, budgeting and execution.
11. Source and coordinate work from other Accenture teams
12. Develop of our next generation Banking offerings
13. Become a trusted advisor for C-suite clients looking to solve critical business problems
14. Drive business development to originate new client opportunities
15. Build your reputation as an industry thought leader
16. Have the opportunity to work for global clients; with opportunities to travel if you wish
17. Support in development of sales proposals and offerings
18. Contribute Banking SME knowledge to a wide range of both internal and external stakeholders
19. Contribute to the Banking practice community and build a network across Accenture & clients.
We are looking for experience in the following skills and experience:
20. Experience working within Retail or Commerical Banking either in an advisory, operational or leadership capacity; ideally within a bank or professional services firm
21. Understanding of the latest Banking trends and pertinent regulations
22. Experience working with Banking technologies
23. Minimum of 5 years of Banking credit (sales, operations, origination, servicing, portfolio management, trading) project management experience with relevant systems
24. Experience or knowledge of agile delivery methodology including writing or contributing to user stories
25. Strong MS office skills specifically in PowerPoint & Excel
26. Presenting in person and virtually complex problems & solutions to senior stakeholders
27. Working in a team setting to tight and agile deadlines
28. Commercial awareness to support commercial engagements and spot market opportunities
29. Ability to work across business, technology and operations stakeholders.
Set yourself apart:
30. Experience in writing points of view or presenting on banking trends
31. Experience working on a project using Agile delivery methodology
32. Experience using data & analytics to understand a commercial or wholesale bank
33. Experience with M&A or Integrations
34. Knowledge of latest payment industry trends and impact to Retail or Commercial banking
