Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Office Assistant who has experience of covering the Reception - front of house area and also can support the Finance team. This is a lovely varied role which will work 3 days a week covering Reception and the other 2 days of the week will be supporting finance with Accounts Payable, processing invoices, payments etc.
Location: Office based, due to rural location own transport required. Parking onsite
Hours: 8.30am-5pm
Finance and Receptionist duties:
Answering the phones and diverting calls
Meeting and greeting visitors
Processing accounts payable invoices
Sending PO's to suppliers
Credit card transactions
Signing for deliveries and post
Covering the front of house area - reception coverSkills and experience:
Proven office support / accounts assistant / receptionist skills and experience as well as working in a similar office assistant type role with finance duties
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
Good IT skills including MS Excel
