Software Technology Testers Required
100% Remote - Global Technology Giant
Testers required in the UK, London Based Client
Our client is looking for a large number of Technology Testers and are considering both Contract and Permanent resources. The rate/salary depends on experience, from 3 to 30 years.
Requirements include:
* Manual Testers / QA Analysts & Automation Testing
* Execute test cases manually focusing on UI/UX, functionality, user stories, and regression.
* Tools: Excel, TestRail, Zephyr, Jira, Quality Center.
* Create and execute automated test scripts.
* Improve test coverage and speed up regression cycles.
Tools:
* UFT (Unified Functional Testing) – enterprise tool for functional/regression testing (VBScript).
* Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Playwright, TestComplete, Ranorex, Robot Framework.
SDET Testing (Software Development Engineer in Test):
* Hybrid role involving development and testing.
* Write testing frameworks and contribute to production code.
* Build automation pipelines.
Performance / Load Testing:
* Simulate load and stress to ensure system performance and scalability.
* Tools: JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, Neoload.
Functional Testing:
* Verify software functions as per requirements.
Integration Testing:
* Ensure modules interact correctly; test APIs, databases, service flows.
Security Testing & Penetration Testing (Ethical Hacking):
* Identify vulnerabilities; certifications like CEH, OSCP, CISSP are advantageous.
Vulnerability Testing:
* Scan for vulnerabilities; collaborate with SecOps and DevSecOps teams.
Security QA / Secure Code Testing:
* Test for secure coding standards (OWASP Top 10, etc.).
Test Management:
* Oversee testing activities, stakeholder communication, budgeting, and tooling strategies.
API Testing:
* Validate REST/SOAP APIs; manual and automated testing with Appium, XCUITest, TestFairy.
Data / ETL Testing:
* Validate data pipelines with SQL, Informatica, Talend, SSIS, Snowflake; test models for accuracy and fairness.
