Position: Senior Support Worker - Children’s Residential Child Sexual Exploitation Service
Location: Baschurch, Shropshire
Contract: Permanent • Working hours: 40 per week • Location: Baschurch, Shropshire
Salary: £30,160 + £3,000 sleep-in bonus (annual average); rising to £31,140 after 18 months

Induction, training, and ongoing development are provided through our Learning & Development Team.

Requirements / Qualifications
* Ability to demonstrate integrity, accountability, commitment, and enthusiasm; person-centred mindset.
* Willingness to undergo enhanced DBS check and provide two references covering the past two years, plus references for positions involving work with children and the vulnerable, including employment history back to full-time education.
