Provide a professional and high-quality document management service; responsible for controlling the receipt, management, and transfer of all information on Agratas, in accordance with project team, contract, and client requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety processes to promote safety throughout all activities.
2. Managing the project Document Management System(s), including uploading, downloading, printing, collating, distributing, and maintaining all data accurately according to internal and external requirements. Ensuring documentation is receipted, checked, monitored, registered, and distributed to relevant stakeholders.
3. Providing professional administrative support to team members efficiently and cost-effectively.
4. Leading a team of document controllers and/or assistants when required, developing project procedures and guidance to ensure excellent service delivery.
5. Developing strong relationships with clients, supply chain, project teams, and contractors to ensure seamless integration between NG Bailey and external document management systems.
6. Providing regular progress reports on document status, including drawings issued, RFI/TQ registers, and technical submissions, as per project or contract requirements.
7. Maintaining confidentiality and secure storage of documentation, adhering to company and project information security standards.
