Looking for a Support Role That’s Full of Heart? Meet Me!
Hi! I am a young man living with autism and some complex health needs, and I’m building a team of brilliant support workers to help me live life to the fullest.
I’m looking for calm, confident people with a great sense of humour who aren’t easily offended. If you’re reliable, physically fit, and up for helping me grow in independence and confidence — we’ll get along great.
I love walking, music, eating out and people watching. So if you enjoy those too, even better!
I need support with personal care and sometimes my behaviour can be challenging — but that shouldn’t stop me from doing what I love. I want people who’ll help me stay active, happy, and always moving forward.
If you’re someone who brings positivity, patience, and a bit of fun, I’d love to meet you.
Essentials:
To be considered, you’ll need experience in at least two of the following:
* Mental Health
* Behaviours that Challenge
* Autism & Learning Disabilities
* Trauma Informed Care
* Resilience
About You:
You’re calm, caring, and thrive in challenging situations. You take initiative, stay positive, and genuinely want to make a difference. A manual UK driving licence and confidence driving different vehicles is a big plus!
