The Opportunity
Join Holcim as a Finance Admin, where you'll support our operations and finance teams with essential administrative tasks. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, ensuring smooth processes, accurate record-keeping, and high customer service standards. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a growing organization, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the review of driver behaviour tools to ensure compliance and improvement.
* Assist the finance team with order processing, invoice matching, and supply chain management.
* Raise concerns regarding mismatches between invoices and purchase orders.
* Assist with stock management administration tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Support the transition onto new systems as part of our integration with Aggregate Industries.
* Ensure compliance with processes supporting the business’s IMS, maintaining accreditation.
* Adhere to Health & Safety standards by following company procedures and wearing required PPE.
* Deliver courteous and professional customer service, logging all customer complaints within 24 hours.
* Contribute to positioning the business as a trusted partner for customers and suppliers.
Who You Are
You’re an organized and proactive Finance Admin with strong communication skills and a commitment to high standards. You excel in a fast-paced environment and pride yourself on delivering efficient, high-quality work.
* Previous experience in administration, preferably within a finance or operations environment.
* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
* Comfortable using relevant systems, including Microsoft Office and other administrative tools.
* Professional and courteous, maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
* Ability to identify mismatches or discrepancies and escalate where necessary.
* Works well within a team, fostering positive relationships with colleagues.
* Demonstrates a professional and respectful approach to all interactions.
