You will ensure the building, communal areas and grounds are kept to high standards of cleanliness and act as a face for the development engaging with the residents to ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
This role will be working 20 hours - flexibility is required.

Responsibilities
* Clean all communal areas thoroughly daily, including polishing, dusting, vacuuming, and sparkly cleans of apartments for move‑ins.
* Ensure lifts are kept clean and panels streak free.
* Maintain an open, friendly, and helpful approach with all requests, emphasising service to residents.
* Empty external ashtrays into non‑combustible containers, thoroughly clean and replace to original location.
* Provide guidance and assistance to residents in a friendly manner; maintain highest levels of customer care and service at all times.
* Immediately report H&S issues to your line manager.
* Complete daily cleaning check lists in a timely manner.
* Keep all cleaning materials up to date and neatly organised.
* Maintain a clean and smart appearance at all times.
* Provide utility readings as required by residents.
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a housekeeper, or cleaner within hospitality or large scale residential property.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and on own initiative, yet follow instruction and rules as required.
* High standards in cleanliness and customer service.
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment; time management is key.
* Ability to speak Welsh (desirable).
* Rent Smart Wales qualified – if not qualified, we will support you through the qualification within your first 3 months.
