Duties Include
* Maintaining and updating spreadsheets and data systems
* Chasing outstanding information from providers and internal teams
* Making calls and communicating with external transport operators
* Carrying out general administrative duties to support the wider service
* Ensuring sensitive information is managed securely and appropriately
What You’ll Be Doing

* Conducting compliance checks and producing clear, evidence‑based reports
* Building strong and effective relationships across the service and with transport providers
* Using Microsoft systems to a high standard, particularly Excel, to manage data and produce reports
* Contributing to service improvements and supporting operational decision‑making
What We’re Looking For
* Strong Microsoft skills to a high standard, particularly in Excel (essential)
* Experience handling highly confidential information
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to strengthen working relationships
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify compliance risks
* Experience in compliance, data management, governance, or quality assurance
* Ability to interpret policies, guidance, and contractual requirements
* Confident communication and the ability to challenge non‑compliance constructively
