We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with a genuine passion for Formula 1 to support the day-to-day operations of our Heritage team. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of motorsport, history, and business support ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering operational excellence behind the scenes. At its core, the Heritage team combines technical mastery, exceptional event execution, and premium client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate logistics and support the delivery of global Heritage events, including demonstration runs and high-profile activations.
* Manage travel, accommodation, kit orders, and VIP invitations in collaboration with internal teams and the Travel Department.
* Maintain event documentation, schedules, and driver/team info packs.
* Track budgets, process expenses, and support financial reporting in line with event cost parameters.
* Liaise with suppliers, internal departments, and high-net-worth clients to ensure seamless event execution.
* Support Heritage communications, including newsletters, CRM updates, and bonded car storage services.
* Champion operational excellence, brand standards, and continuous improvement across all activities.
Qualifications
Desirable Attributes
* A passion for classic motorsport and Formula 1 heritage
* Experience in motorsport, classic automotive, or high-end event environments
* Understanding of the operational and logistical demands of managing historic or high-performance vehicles
* Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive approach to shifting priorities
* Demonstrated experience in an executive or administrative role; a degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
This role is based onsite in Witney
