Membership Bespoke is recruiting on behalf of a leading UK membership organisation for a standout Personal Assistant to support its senior leadership team.
This is a high-profile, fast-paced role where you’ll work closely with the CEO and Deputy CEO, acting as a trusted right hand and ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.
🔑 What you’ll be doing:
• Managing complex, ever-changing diaries
• Coordinating senior meetings and board activity
• Acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders
• Preparing briefings, presentations, and communications
• Supporting the smooth running of a busy executive office

• Proven experience supporting senior leaders as a PA
• Highly organised, proactive, and detail-focused
• Confident working with senior stakeholders
