Job Description:
We are seeking a Learning & Development Manager to join a well-known hospitality group's People Team. This role involves more than just delivering training; it's about fostering growth, shaping careers, and creating a supportive culture.
What the role involves:
* Identifying training needs and designing effective programmes.
* Implementing and maintaining a new company-wide learning platform.
* Managing induction and post-induction training for new starters.
* Supporting training during new restaurant openings and across the group.
* Collaborating with leaders to develop tailored development plans.
* Leading and supporting a small training team.
What we're looking for:
* Experience in Learning & Development within hospitality, preferably across multiple sites.
* Proficiency with learning systems and content creation, especially digital learning.
* Leadership qualities, integrity, and a passion for development.
* Organisational skills, curiosity, and awareness of new L&D trends.
* Training qualification or CIPD membership is a plus but not essential.
