Description Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner within the Accounts Payable function. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently. Assist with payment runs and ensure compliance with internal controls. Maintain clear and organised documentation for audit purposes. Provide support to the wider Accounting & Finance team as required. Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders to address queries. Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the department. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Profile A successful AP Specialist should have: A strong background in Accounts Payable or a similar accounting role within the FMCG industry. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. The ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively. Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.Job Offer Equivalent salary of £35,000 - £42,000 per annum, dependent on experience. 25 days of annual leave, providing a healthy work-life balance.
