Business Continuity and Resilience Manager
Join our dynamic Resilience team at Warwickshire Fire & Rescue Service! Based in Leamington Spa, you'll be part of a supportive environment dedicated to operational preparedness and resilience. Your role involves developing and managing our Business Continuity Management System (BCMS), designing strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure effective response and recovery from disruptions. You will collaborate with various departments and external partners, develop Business Impact Analyses and Continuity Plans, and represent the service at various forums to ensure compliance with legislation and best practices. Additionally, you will support the wider Resilience team as needed.
Key Requirements
* Relevant certification in Business Continuity (e.g., MBCI) or equivalent.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in Business Continuity, including risk management, crisis management, and auditing.
* Understanding of the Civil Contingencies Act 2004 and related legislation.
* Experience in producing plans, managing risk assessments, Business Impact Analyses, and Business Continuity Plans.
* Ability to design and deliver training, with excellent communication skills.
