Im currently working with a high-growth recruitment agency in London that is looking to hire an ambitious Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding team.

The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, youll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process while building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where no two days are the same.
Key responsibilities include:
* Sourcing candidates through job boards, cold calling and direct outreach
* Writing and advertising job roles to attract high-quality candidates
* Screening CVs and conducting initial interviews
* Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
* Managing interview processes and preparing candidates
* Negotiating offers and closing placements
* Working towards individual and team targets
