Previous experience in Property Management is essential! What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors Organising repairs, maintenance, and property inspections Handling tenancy renewals and deposit management Ensuring compliance with lettings and property legislation Resolving maintenance issues efficiently and effectively Working closely with the lettings team to deliver excellent service Managing workload to meet deadlines and company standards What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous experience in residential property management Strong understanding of lettings processes and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident and professional telephone manner Highly organised with strong attention to detail Ability to prioritise and work under pressure Full UK driving licence and access to a car Positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to great customer service What's In It For You?
