Health Operations Manager
Location: East of Scotland - flexible working, with hub in Edinburgh or Midlothian
Salary: £42,000 per annum (including £6,000 market allowance)
Hours: 35 per week

What does a day in the life of a Health Operations Manager look like?
* Lead local managers to ensure high-quality health and care service delivery.
* Contribute to the national leadership team to foster growth and impact in Scotland.
* Oversee daily operations, managing staff and volunteers effectively.
* Support independence, prevent hospital admissions, and reduce social isolation.
* Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, ensuring targets and quality standards are met.
* Collaborate with business development to identify and secure new opportunities.
To be successful as a Health Operations Manager, you will need:
* Proven experience in operational management within health or social care, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
* Experience working with NHS or local government partners to develop services and achieve outcomes.
* Excellent public speaking, presentation, and influencing skills.
* Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading teams, volunteers, and projects.
* Financial acumen, including budgeting and use of Microsoft Office tools.
* Understanding of the needs of vulnerable populations and the ability to enhance service delivery; willingness to travel across Scotland.
