Complex Care Assistant – Eastbourne
Location: Eastbourne
Pay: £14.70 – £15.23 per hour
Shift Pattern: Night Shifts 8pm–8am, 1 weekend a month
Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant to support a client in Eastbourne with complex health needs. Our client loves reggae music and values consistent, person-centred care delivered by someone calm, reliable, and supportive.
Responsibilities
* Deliver personal care and mobility assistance
* Support with epilepsy & seizure management, including rescue medication
* Assist with bowel management and medication administration
* Promote comfort, safety, and positive engagement throughout the shift
Qualifications
* Previous experience in complex care
* Experience with epilepsy & seizure management, including rescue medication
* Medication administration and management
* Experience managing challenging behaviours
