Marketing & Business Development Manager

Our client, a well-established international firm is seeking a skilled Marketing and Business Development Manager to lead and deliver effective campaigns across both strategic and tactical initiatives. This is a pivotal position offering the chance to make a genuine impact within a highly regarded professional environment.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
* Contributing to business plans, budgets, and marketing strategy.
* Managing local marketing and BD budgets and tracking activity.
* Researching and supporting new business opportunities and key client initiatives.
* Planning and coordinating BD trips, meetings, and client data management.
* Drafting and distributing press releases, articles, and social media content.
* Managing local events, sponsorships, and community initiatives.
* Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
* Coordinating website updates, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
* Liaising with the wider marketing team on analytics and reporting.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will hold a marketing or business degree, or a recognised postgraduate qualification, and bring 3-5 years' experience within a professional services or financial services environment—ideally within a law firm. Strong communication, organisational, and project management skills are essential, as is the ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders. You will be proactive, creative, and detail-focused, capable of managing multiple priorities and contributing to the firm's strategic objectives.
