Role Purpose: The main purpose of the Customer Service Supervisor's role is to lead by example in providing an outstanding customer experience across all areas of the business. You will ensure your care home is the care home of choice in your local area by delivering exceptional customer service. You will model our values of Truth, Love, and Compassion, embedding them throughout the home. You will proactively address customer feedback with effective communication and complaint resolution, using feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be the first point of contact for all telephone calls and visitors, ensuring all customers, internal and external, are treated professionally with respect and dignity.
* Support stakeholders by providing advice on our products and services.
* Assist with administrative duties as directed by the Business Support Manager.

Requirements:
* Strong communication skills with an excellent telephone manner, remaining courteous at all times
* Professional, neat appearance
* Ability to manage time effectively, prioritising and organising work appropriately
* Good attention to detail
* PC literate
* Satisfactory DBS checks and references
* Legal eligibility to work in the UK
