RSK Asbestos are looking for an Admin Assistant to join their team in Coventry, UK for a 12 month FTC to cover maternity leave.
Responsibilities:
* Answering phone calls and emails
* Project support including scheduling work, hire equipment, booking accommodation, arranging travel as required
* Raising invoices, credit notes and purchase orders
* Assisting with WIP and debt management, checking payments
* Setting up clients and projects
* Hiring vehicles and assisting with management of fleet ie arranging services and repairs as required, keeping suitable records
* Monitoring safe arrival of personnel and return of completed RAMS
* Monitoring completion of personnel training records
* Monitoring status of SHEQ critical vendors
* Monitoring and processing SHEQ and ESG KPIs
* Preparing print outs for training etc.
* Booking meeting rooms and recording meeting minutes
* Data entry and word processing as required
Person Specification:
* Good IT skills and proficient with Microsoft Office
* Highly disciplined and honest
* Versatile with a can-do attitude
* Highly organised
* Excellent communication skills
* Work well on their own initiative, under pressure and also within part of a team
Salary and benefits:
* Salary £27,500 per annum
