Job Purpose
* Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all VSO Financial Operations reporting requirements.
* Standardize, simplify, and industrialize FinOps activities within the UK FP&A function, collaborating with the wider FP&A network.
* Participate in ERP implementation and integration.
Job Description
* Prepare weekly reports for Finance Operations to Operational and Subsea Obeya teams.
* Manage monthly and quarterly reporting for Finance Operations.
* Consolidate, analyze, and report quarterly actuals across multiple legal entities and currencies.
* Coordinate and plan the annual budget process.
* Consolidate and report on the annual budget across multiple legal entities and currencies.
* Handle Opex reporting for local and global stakeholders.
* Provide financial data support for Finance Directors and Financial Controllers as needed.
* Plan and coordinate team reporting requirements across multiple regions.
* Manage cash flow and hedging activities for VSO.
* Coordinate and manage audit queries.
* Actively participate in implementing change and improvement initiatives.
* Drive standardization and simplification within the FP&A function globally.
* Create work standards for the FP&A team.
* Support ERP implementation efforts.
You Are Meant For This Job If
* You hold a degree in Finance or equivalent.
* You have experience in finance and controlling roles.
* You are IT literate.
* You have a proven record of driving change.
* You are highly organized and proactive.
* You have prior experience in a similar role within the oil & gas industry.
* You possess strong communication and presentation skills.
* You have a solid financial accounting background.
* You demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
