Job Description Care Coordinator | Up to £28,000 Bonus Scheme | Monday–Friday Oncall duties Our client, a compassionate and well-established domiciliary care provider, is seeking a Care Coordinator to join their dedicated and growing team. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day care operations. You’ll work closely with the Registered Manager, care team, and families to coordinate and manage care schedules, support compliance, and help deliver safe, reliable, and compassionate care to every client.
