Your new role
1. Take responsibility for data entry tasks, contributing to ensuring the validity of the data in the case management system, reporting errors, providing support and guidance to colleagues.
2. Contribute to the maintenance of internal records, including case-related information, ensuring iShare records areplete and enabling effectivepliance with Data Protection and Freedom of Information requirements.
3. Take responsibility for ensuring that all confidential information is dealt with efficiently and appropriately and in line with the relevant guidance and policy documents.
What you'll need to succeed
4. Have a good understanding and experience of using various IT packages, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
5. Ability to work well as part of a team and on own initiative, with some experience of working with external organisations.
6. An ability to monitor and store critical data securely, accurately, confidently and responsibly.
What you'll get in return

8. 12 weeks with the potential to extend for a further 12 weeks
9. Monday to Friday (37 hours per week)
10. Base – Cardiff
11. Hybrid Working - While these are hybrid posts, staff will be required to attend the office for training and once a week for team meetings and to check and send post as required.
12. DBS covered by agency
