Job Description
3. Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department
4. Monitoring and analysing accounting data and producing financial reports
5. Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
6. Coordinate and complete annual audits
7. Meet financial accounting objectives
8. Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
9. Budgeting and forecasting for the organisation
10. Managing organisational financial risk
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
11. A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
12. Proven working experience as a Finance Manager
13. Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
14. Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
15. Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
16. Experience in the not for profit and charities sector is desirable
