Knight Frank is looking to hire a London Research Associate to work within the 28-strong Commercial Research team.
Scope

Responsibilities
Working within the Commercial Research team, you will be responsible for delivering market research and thought leadership on the London office market from both investment and occupational perspectives. Your role includes producing high-quality research outputs, sourcing and managing data, creating narratives, contributing to The London Series, engaging with clients, and managing content flow for various platforms.
* Deliver quarterly London research reports on time and to high standards.
* Coordinate with colleagues and stakeholders.
* Generate insights for articles, client engagement, and social media.
* Contribute to The London Series.
* Engage with clients through market presentations.
* Handle ad-hoc requests from clients and internal teams.
* Prepare internal market briefings.
* Manage content for Knight Frank Intelligence Lab and Sharepoint sites.
* Use data infrastructure to generate new insights and metrics.
* Leverage research outputs to develop a London perspective.
Professional experience and personal skills profile
Qualifications/Education Required
* Ideally 3-5 years’ experience in analytical or market research roles.
* Degree qualified with an analytical approach and attention to detail.
* Interest in data analysis and articulating insights clearly.
* Interest in working with the London team and current affairs related to London real estate.
