About the Role
We are currently recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support a friendly and inclusive primary school in the Salford area. This long-term opportunity is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping children thrive both academically and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will be expected to:
* Provide focused one-to-one and small-group support within the classroom
* Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery, preparation, and assessment
* Deliver targeted interventions to support pupils with SEN or additional needs
* Promote positive behaviour, engagement, and independence
* Support pupils' emotional wellbeing and personal development
* Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and well-organised learning environment
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Previous experience working in a primary school setting
* A good understanding of the primary curriculum
* A patient, adaptable, and proactive approach
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
* A clear commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Have the Right to Work in the UK
* Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply)
* Be able to provide two professional, child-related references covering the last two years
