The role of Customer Service is ideal if you are someone looking for a new opportunity to work Monday - Friday, with no late nights and can guide our students through every step of their learning experience with us, helping them feel supported and excited throughout.
Day-today you will be responsible for:
* Delivering excellent customer service to our staff and students
* Guiding our students through every step of their learning experience
* Engage in cross college and external activities and events
* Arranging appointments for students with specialists in other areas
* Processing fee payments and issuing college ID cards
* Maintaining record systems
After your first year with us, success would look like:
After the first year you will be proficient in all service delivery functions and systems, have a clear understanding of the college structure and support network and you will demonstrating our college values on a daily basis whilst having a positive impact on all service users.
You will also be in a position to look at promotional opportunities within the department and college wide.
