Responsibilities
* Meet and greet all staff, visitors and contractors in a professional and personable manner
* Deliver a consistently high‑end customer‑focused experience
* Embody a high‑performance approach and encourage colleagues to do the same
* Ensure the workplace (reception, lobby, office, etc.) is of a high visual standard
* Work closely with client contacts to ensure the front‑of‑house environment is a great place to visit and work
* Assist in emergency situations
* Provide timely and accurate information
* Respond appropriately to varying and fast‑changing priorities
* Build strong rapport with recurring customers (client staff, visitors, contractors, etc.)
* Represent Securitas and the client organisation in a manner consistent with the values, brand identity and culture of both
* Manage and coordinate an appropriate response to out‑of‑hours alarms
Qualifications
* Demonstrated ability to work reliably and accurately
* Clear and confident communication skills
* Maintains confidentiality and professional conduct
* Attention to detail with strong organisation and prioritisation skills in a dynamic environment
* Proven ability to follow structured processes
* Ability to obtain National Security Clearance
* Due to the nature of this role and the level of security clearance required, applicants must be sole UK nationals (British citizens only). Dual nationals or applicants holding citizenship of another country, even in addition to British citizenship, will not be considered.

* Experienced in Customer Service, Front of House, Concierge, Hosting or Customer‑facing role ideally within a corporate environment
