What you’ll be doing:
* Answering the telephone and handling enquiries professionally.
* Welcoming clients and visitors, making refreshments, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
* Supporting legal secretaries with administrative tasks such as file management, scanning, printing, invoicing, and data entry.
* Assisting with document preparation and court bundles.
* Archiving and maintaining records.
* Audio typing and general admin.
* Learning how to use our Case Management System and CRM.

* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
