We are an established, independent garage offering car repairs, MOT's, tyres and servicing and our reputation for customer satisfaction is important to us.
We are looking for a dedicated individual who would need good organisational skills and the ability to multi task. This is a part time permanent position and full support is given. If you possess these skills and qualities then we encourage you to apply.
Your duties would include:
* Dealing directly with customers over the phone and face to face
* Scheduling work to vehicles and informing customers of any additional repairs required with professionalism and excellent communication skills
* Answering the phone
* Interpreting customers concerns and liaising with the workshop team
* Preparing estimates and invoices
* Replying to emails
* Ordering stock
* Dealing with returns of parts/tyres

The hours of work would be (22 hours)
Monday to Thursday - 2pm until 6pm
Friday 12pm - 6pm
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.50-£14.00 per hour
