What You'll Be Doing
Managing and developing a portfolio of existing customer accounts
Building strong, trust-based relationships with key contacts
Identifying upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities across our vendor portfolio
Supporting customers with quotes, product guidance, and general account queries
Working with our external sales, product, and operations teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Contributing to revenue growth and ensuring accounts perform consistently
