Working for an industry leading company with full UK coverage, you will handle calls, raise job cards, allocate engineers work and manage all other service-related matters. This role is a great mix of proactive and reactive work:
1. Organising and booking in routine services
2. Ordering parts as required for breakdowns
3. Responding to breakdowns and appointing engineers to carry out work needed
4. Raising, costing, and invoicing jobs as required
5. Other general administration
