Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
3. Provide general administrative support to ensure the effective functioning of the office.
4. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department.
5. Coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments, including scheduling and preparing necessary materials.
6. Manage data entry tasks, maintaining databases and spreadsheets.
7. Monitor and replenish office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
The Successful Applicant
Requirements:
8. Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
9. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
10. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
11. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
12. Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
13. Prior experience in an educational or non-profit setting is a plus.
