Job Overview
You will join an established contractor based in Leicester, operating in the water industry. This multi-accredited organisation has a strong pipeline of work with major water providers, including Severn Trent Water, and offers excellent career progression and development opportunities. This is a full-time permanent position based in Leicester, with occasional site travel.
Your Responsibilities
* Managing and delivering projects from concept to completion, ensuring safety, timeliness, and budget adherence
* Developing project schedules, resource plans, and budgets
* Defining and documenting project requirements
* Building and maintaining relationships with clients and external stakeholders
* Preparing detailed cost, schedule, and technical documentation
* Managing project delivery teams
Candidate Requirements
* Proven mechanical project management/engineering experience in the water sector
* Knowledge of NEC contracts and proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* CSCS card and SMSTS certification
* Full UK driving license
