Responsibilities
* Provide centre-based and outreaching in delivering community health programmes and projects
* Assist in liaison of community partners and other parties to facilitate the implementation of projects
* Maintain and update service records, report and related documents
Qualifications
* Degree holder preferably in community health
* HKCEE 5 passes [incl. Eng (Syl B) & Chinese at grade E or above] or equivalent
* Minimum 1 year of social welfare or healthcare service experience preferred
* Good command of digital literacy and computer literacy
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
Working Hours
* Shift duty including 2 days night shift until 9.15pm per week
* Five-day work
