Protocol Education is thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Year 5 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Telford this September 2025. This full-time teaching role offers the chance to guide and nurture young minds as they grow in confidence and independence during a vital stage of their education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the Year 5 curriculum
• Work collaboratively with the Year 5 team to plan inclusive and creative learning experiences
• Foster a safe, stimulating, and supportive classroom environment
• Assess student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback
• Build strong relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
• Maintain effective classroom management and promote positive behaviour
• Participate in school life, including staff meetings and professional development
What We’re Looking For:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or ECT)
• Recent experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (preferably Year 5)
• Strong knowledge of the Year 5 curriculum and age-appropriate strategies
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to differentiate learning and support diverse needs within the class
• Passion for helping young learners succeed and grow in confidence
