Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Teaching and Learning Technician to support our vibrant Performing Arts department. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a creative environment and enjoys working collaboratively with staff and students to bring performances and projects to life.
You will be required to manage the technical requirements for lessons and public performances and assist with transferring performances to an external venue. You will also be responsible for all performance spaces, storage and equipment. Alongside this, you will play a key role in preparing, maintaining, and organising equipment, sets, props, and costumes. You’ll also provide technical support for rehearsals and performances, assist with digital platforms and video recording, and help set up exhibitions and events. In addition, the role involves supporting the commercial activity of the studios, liaising with external clients, and ensuring spaces are ready for hire.
