Overview
Rowlands Pharmacy are currently looking for an experienced NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services to work as a Pharmacy Assistant in the Hull hospital pharmacy.
Responsibilities
* Dispense medication on outpatient prescriptions
* Stock ordering and stock management
* Invoicing and financing deliveries
* All other duties associated with working in a busy outpatient pharmacy
Qualifications
* NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or accredited equivalent course
* Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification
* Evidence of qualifications held will be required for the successful candidate
* Experience in a customer-focused environment
* Strong understanding of confidentiality
* Ability to handle medications accurately
Essential
* Able to demonstrate self-motivation with good interpersonal skills
* Understanding of confidentiality
* Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
* Ability to work as part of a team
